Celebrating LaobanNiang’s birthday

Peiru and I went to Laoban’s place to celebrate LaoBanNiang’s birthday last Sunday. 🙂 Peiru decided to cook for them and it was her first time cooking in a restuarant with big pots and pans. She cooked chicken soup and cereal prawns for them while LaobanNiang cooked fish with cauliflowers and fried bee hoon. It was a delicious meal together. 😀 After that, Laoban taught us how to play mahjong and it was our first time playing mahjongs in our lives. The game was fun and interesting, and we played until 11pm. I think I will teach mahjong and Chinese chess to my Chinese students in the future so that they learn more about Chinese games and culture. 🙂 Below are some photos:
